Fractional role

As a fractional product manager, ClimateGeo will provide part-time product management expertise, focusing on driving product strategy, defining requirements, and overseeing development processes without a full-time commitment. The work typically focuses on aligning product vision with market needs, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful product launches while offering flexibility and specialized knowledge to meet a company’s evolving needs.

Interim role

An interim product manager, ClimateGeo will temporarily step into a full-time PM role to manage product strategy, development, and lifecycle processes. Regrow - Sustainability Insights product

I led the software build-out of Regrow's Sustainability Insights product. It involved orchestrating a complex integration of data analytics and environmental science to enhance agricultural sustainability in both product and engineering leadership roles.More specifically, I spearheaded a cross-functional team, guiding the development of a robust, scalable platform that leverages data to provide actionable insights for key stakeholders in the agricultural industry. My role encompassed defining the generalized product requirements, technical requirements, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless collaboration between developers, data scientists, and go-to-market teams.
